Ingredients
2 cups Roselle outer portions
1/2 cup Cold water
1/2 cup Sugar

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Pick and wash the roselle berries, trim off the tip ends that seem withered. Cut off stems close up around the calyx, then split open one side, thus letting the center part drop out (The outside part of the berry is the only edible portion)
  2. Wash them again and put them into a saucepan with the water and sugar. Cook stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
  3. Once the berries are soft and sweet put the sauce into a bowl and serve cold with your meal.
